    This appears to be a Vogue Ginny Doll dress. It is very similar the the 1954 My Kinder Crowd #23 except it has school children on the skirt instead of birds. The fabric looks the same. It does not have the attached belt and there is no tag. It may have been a budget dress. It’s in very good condition for its age. Please see all photos as part of the description.
