Vintage Keeling & Co. Burslem, England Transferware Covered CHEESE Keeper/Dish.  Beautiful flowers, some poppies with bees and butterflies.  Trimmed in gold.  There are no chips, cracks, or breaks.  There is a tiny rough spot on the left edge of the plate that is a factory flaw.  Measures 4 3/4" high to the top of the handle, is 9" long, and is 7" wide.
Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age.  That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire.  If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.  In the event that I do miss something with words, I provide you with plenty of pictures to be included as part of the description.
