This is a Wonderful Nymphenburg Porcelain King's Pearl Service Scenic Dinner Plate Porzellan Teller. A beautiful dinner plate made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. It is from the King's or Pearl service made for the electoral court around 1792-1795 designed originally by Dominikus Auliczek. The original set is still in the possession of the family and thus any pieces of this design are later copies. The large plate is 12 sided and has the pearl design to the very edge (refers to the little blue pearls painted on). It is hand painted with a scene in black in the center of a man with his dog and a small town view. And to finish of a perfect design there is lots of gold and blue trim. The plate is 25cm in diameter. It is marked with the under glaze shield mark and the Nymphenburg green stamp, and some black letters and numbers. This piece also have the name of the scene on the back. Design has a very elegant look!
