Title says it all, pics show the rest. It does have the center shaft bearing installed. Sealed in the factory bag, sorry for any blurriness, I am not opening the bag.

I like shipping with the post office usually, they seem to be the fastest and cheapest overall. I sometimes recycle old boxes and packing materials so long as they are in usable condition.
