    Description

    Up for auction a Celebrity Cruise Line small plate by Bauscher China in Germany.  This center logo was the original design when Chandris Group started the line in 1989.  The X stands for the Greek word CHI for Chandris.  Celebrity merged with Royal Caribbean in 1997, and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
    The plate measures 7 7/8" in diameter and weighs 14 ounces prior to packing for shipping.
    This piece is in very good used condition without cracks, chips, flakes or repairs.  The plate has little to no scratches or utensil marks.  The foot has a couple of black marks.  The center logo is crisp, clean and well executed.
